Incorrect Address / returned packages:
We don't offer refunds & returns if you provided an incorrect address or did not pickup the package on time and it was sent back
We have a 15 business days return policy, which means you have 15 business days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@reviora.uk . If your return is accepted, you’ll be eligible to a full refund in store credits or get your money back in your original payment method. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact support@reviora.uk within 15 business days of the item(s) arriving. Please include the following information:
Refunds
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Cancellation:
We only accept cancellation requests prior to the shipment of your order and issuance of a tracking number. Once your order has been processed and a tracking number has been generated, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
In the event of cancellation before shipment, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the order.
