Do You Ship Internationally? How Much is Shipping?

Yes, REVIORA ships internationally to multiple countries! We offer FREE Standard Shipping, as well as a £2 Priority Shipping option for faster order processing. Additional costs such as customs fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time

Once your order is placed, we process it within 1-3 business days before shipment. Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping (Free): We process your order within 1-3 business days before shipment, with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.
  • Priority Shipping (£2): Orders are processed and shipped the same business day if placed before 2 PM. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as holidays, severe weather, or other external factors.

Shipping Information

All REVIORA orders are shipped with tracking for transparency and security. The estimated shipping time begins once your order has been dispatched.

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations are not possible. For questions or issues once your order has arrived, please reach out to us at support@reviora.uk.

Customs Fees

Any import or customs fees associated with your order are your responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs regulations for additional costs. This applies especially to any orders shipped with International Standard Shipping.

Late or Lost Orders

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order. REVIORA cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses or parcels left with neighbors or outbuildings as per the customer's instructions.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if tracking indicates it may be lost, contact us in writing at support@reviora.uk for assistance.

Items Not Received but Marked as Delivered

If tracking indicates your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check if the parcel was delivered to a post room or colleague, especially for workplace addresses.
  • You can request proof of delivery directly through the carrier’s website by filing a signature request form.

Note: We do not refund or replace items that tracking confirms as delivered. We recommend choosing a secure delivery address to avoid such issues.

Additional Costs

REVIORA is not responsible for any customs charges (e.g., import duties or taxes) on returned items. You are responsible for all costs and charges associated with returns.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method or retaining proof of postage for returns, as we cannot refund lost returns. 

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact support@reviora.uk within 15 business days of receiving your order. Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) that are damaged
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the fault

If valid, we will promptly offer a full refund in store credits or send a replacement package.
